We have weekly gatherings that are centered primarily around relationship and community vs. the traditional sitting and teaching. We find students are in a school setting all day and they much prefer conversation and participation.
Every week at 6 PM we have a meal or snacks where we all hangout and eat together. Around 6:30 PM we come together and break off into groups -- we have JHS and HS groups. The rest of our time we watch a short engaging video that has discussion times within each group.
Each group has an adult or two leading, or an adult and older student!
